Have you got a hilarious travel story that deserves to be published?

I am compiling a book of the most hilarious moments of travel humour, ideally that happened in fascinating locations around the world.

To do this, I need your funniest stories. The memories of these incidents should make you laugh out loud just thinking about them. Travel is rife with moments of side-splitting humour, often sparked by misunderstanding, mishap or mayhem. Please let me know if you have a story that might be suitable for the book. I only need outline details at this stage: where it happened, what happened and why it was so funny. Don't worry, this wont be difficult (particularly if you follow our advice!), and I will in any case help with editing.
