My name is Jack and starting March 2027 I will be running across the United States in 100 days and creating 100 mini documentaries through my media brand, HUMN project.
Expedition Background:
Starting March 5, 2027 I'm running 3,100 miles across the USA in 100 days — Hermosa Beach, Los Angeles to Westerly, Rhode Island, Pacific to Atlantic, ~31 miles every day, finishing June 12, 2027
I run HUMN project — a media brand creating 60 second documentaries about unique people and communities. Alongside the run I'll be filming 100 mini docs, one per day, each featuring someone new along the route
Alongside the daily docs I'll be posting daily run updates, a weekly behind-the-scenes, and when it's all over a full expedition documentary
Areas I Am Looking For Support / Guidance:
How to Obtain Sponsorship: I'm looking for sponsors across two buckets: brands supporting the run itself (footwear, apparel, fuel, nutrition, tech, wearables, recovery), and branded content partners for the mini docs (e.g., logo placement and a call-to-action in the video description of the mini docs)
Co-filmmaker: I need someone to join the expedition full-time across all 100 days to help film the daily docs, capture the run, and handle editing on the road. If you know someone or are that person, I'd love to hear from you
Any guidance on how to find sponsorship and/or a filmmaker would be greatly appreciated. If you want to help but your support doesn't fall into those two main buckets I would still love to hear from you - any advice is appreciated.
