Naked and Afraid - Escape the Island
I also live as a lifestyle naturist and am fortunate enough to have built understanding in my local community such that I’m able to go about my daily business (such as shopping) undressed, and regularly run, walk and climb naked around the Peak District. In 2022 I also cycled 1000 miles naked from Land’s End to John O’Groats with my friend Hannah, raising around £5,000 for charity in the process. Based loosely on the TV show “Naked, Alone and Racing to Get Home”, I’m looking for a team mate to join me in undertaking a truly “unsupported” expedition; a two-day crossing of a Spanish island entirely bare; no equipment, no clothing and no food. It will be a true test of personal fortitude and what we can achieve with only our bodies and brains*.
Dates: 4 days in late September or early October
Approx cost: part funded, total cost expected to be less than £100
Desirable skills/experience: Good fitness (capable of covering c. 30km a day on foot)
