O.R.C.A (The Ocean Rowing Club of the Atlantic) requires 6 rowers for the recently designed trimaran BULLET (May 2025) to join us in breaking another world speed record from West Africa to the Caribbean December 2026. ....With a twist !
We further require 6 pilots for when the rowing deck becomes the flight deck as we utilise kite power in sailing from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean.
We aim to create maritime history by being the first vessel in history to have been rowed and sailed across any ocean of the world.
Rowing crew E-W and flying crew W-E will be formed of two separate crews of the differing disciplines, however taking part in the entire expedition may be discussed.
Experienced W-E flight crew would obviously be prefered, we are considering three experienced of the six, who may impart their knowledge to fellow crew.
Our ocean rowing crew will consist of those with some sea going experience, full and intensive training will be offered.
