Adventurer Fiona Quinn will be stand up paddle boarding 800 miles up the length of Britain (and part of the Irish coast), from Lands End to John O'Groats. With endless cake supplies, accommodation, travel and food all paid for, you'll play a key role in helping to set a new world record.
