Some great advice there. I can testify that urine output increases significantly with acclimatisation. I'd also reccomend getting a wide-neck bottle to take to bed with you for night-time toilet needs. It saves getting dressed and heading out in the cold and allows for a better night's sleep. Ensure you buy a quality bottle which will not leak and keep it in your sleeping bag to prevent it freezing so you can then empty it in the morning. Not very glamourous I know but it makes camping just a bit more comfortable and prevents infections caused by trying to hold on until morning!
